Urgent Phone Repair has a rich history rooted in a passion for technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction. It all began with Ben, the founder of the company, who possessed an inherent love for technology and a deep understanding of computer science.
Before 2016, Ben embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, starting small with a single desk in a hair salon where he honed his skills in repairing phones. It was a humble beginning, but Ben’s dedication to his craft and his unwavering commitment to customer happiness set the foundation for the growth of Urgent Phone Repair.
As word spread about Ben’s expertise and the reliable repairs he provided, local carriers began recommending his services to their customers. The influx of recommendations led to an increasing demand for his skills, and Ben knew it was time to expand beyond the confines of his modest workspace.
With a growing customer base, Ben found a new location within Taylor’s Automotive in Franklinton. The owners of Taylor’s Automotive were supportive of his vision and graciously provided a connected portion of their space for Urgent Phone Repair. This move marked a significant milestone for the business, allowing for a more professional setting and an improved customer experience.
During this time, Ben had the good fortune of meeting Jon, who would later become the manager of Urgent Phone Repair. Jon’s existing skills and expertise perfectly complemented the growing workload, ensuring that customers continued to receive efficient and top-notch repair services.
As the business continued to flourish, an exciting opportunity presented itself. The Taylor’s Family, recognizing the success of Urgent Phone Repair, built a new building for “Parish Cleaners” and had available space for Ben’s expanding business. This marked the establishment of Urgent Phone Repair’s current location in Franklinton, which enjoys greater visibility from the main street and increased accessibility for a wider audience.
With years of experience and a proven track record, Urgent Phone Repair decided to broaden its reach by opening a second store in Amite in July of 2019. This expansion was a testament to the hard work, dedication, and customer satisfaction that had become synonymous with the Urgent Phone Repair brand.
Looking to the future, Urgent Phone Repair has plans to continue growing and expanding its presence. The team remains committed to providing exceptional repair services, staying at the forefront of technology advancements, and meeting the needs of their valued customers.
