Can we fix it same day?

Most iPhone can be done same day. We keep an inventory of replacement screens, batteries, and other iPhone parts. The same day services may exclude liquid damage cleaning and some other extensive repairs. We can also special order any part available on the market for most Android devices. Usually normal shipping time is 2-3 days, but sometimes can go up to 5 days. We try our best to obtain special order parts in a timely manner. We also can sometimes offer an expedited option for those that need the fastest solution possible.  We are always working on increasing our inventory of repair parts for common phone models. We pride ourselves in offering the best quality parts on the market.

How long does it take for an iPhone screen replacement?

iPhone screen repairs and battery repairs can usually be done within a 1-2 hours as long as we are not backed up with heavy workload. We will be sure to let you know an estimated time if we believe it will exceeds our average timeframe. We understand that you depend on your device just as much as we depend on ours.

Do I need to do anything before bringing my device in for repair?

The answer to this is YES. It is extremely rare for us to lose any data on the device without request of the customer, but this does not mean it cannot happen. Always have your important information backed before bringing it in for any repairs. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS WHATSOEVER.

How to ensure the best outcome for a liquid damage repair?

1.  It is best to avoid powering on the device after it has been wet ( vital components on the device are at risk of shorting. It is best to power it down completely if possible).
2. Remove the battery if accessible. Batteries can cause the device to build up corrosion at a much faster rate. If it is not easily accessible it is best to have it professionally disconnected.
3. DO NOT WAIT. Bring it in to have it cleaned properly as soon as possible. Water itself does not damage the phone as much as the minerals in the water. By drying it out with a hair dryer or bag of rice is rarely enough. That can potentially pull minerals from the liquid into the main logic board. This can cause further damage over time. The microchips on these devices are small, and it does not take much to bridge or corrode circuits, contact points, and other components within the device.
4. Our average timeframe for liquid damage cleaning services is 1-3 business days. This services can be extensive, and is not something we want to rush. It involves removing most, if not all components out of the device, to be individually cleaned and inspected. If special order parts are needed for further repairs, the timeframe may be subject to increase.
5. Our liquid damage cleaning service offers a higher chance of survival for your device, yet it is not a fix all solution. It is always good to retrieve any information from your device immediately after it is returned to you. We use some of the best technology, chemicals, and techniques to preform this cleaning. It is intended to flush foreign minerals from within your device, and beneath chips as much as possible without the need for micro soldering. However these methods are not intended to mend connections that are already lost within the circuitry of the device. It is meant to slow or even stop the spread of the oxidation process that has already started. Our main goal is to gain or retain function out of the main logic board, and if surrounding parts need replacement, we can provide options to do so. This service is a high risk service, and there is no guarantee it will be successful. Even if the device has function upon arrival, liquid damaged components may have become brittle. Following all the correct procedures can still cause brittle parts to detach or break in rare cases.  Please understand that professionally speaking, even after these services, it is not recommended to use these devices long term.  Even though many times, we find our customers using these same devices that have been cleaned years later, in some cases, connections have diminished from the initial incident. This means functionality loss remains a possibility even at a later date. These services are primarily meant to help with data recovery attempts, and prolonging the function of the device until they can get a replacement.  This services does not help prevent future liquid intrusion. If your device gets wet again, repeating this service may be necessary.
